At Cloud Nine, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible beauty products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including any promotional gifts if required for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
